John Michael Gentry is the owner of Bohemian Properties, LLC, founded in 2015. After over 20 years of managing corporate entities adding double digit returns into their coffers, John decided it was time for himself to thrive. Thinking about his daughter and what legacy he was building for her; he could no longer just give away his unique talents for a finite salary and limited bonus potential. After establishing himself in the real estate investment market of Birmingham Alabama, John decided to take his education to an even deeper level of the understanding of creative finance and dove headfirst into the Note industry. This allowed him to convert his landlord status into lien lord status. Now with Bohemians experience and growing success, we have taken on clients that are also like-minded legacy players.
