Humble Beginnings
Real Estate Investments - BOHEMIAN PROPERTIES LLC was founded in 2015 by John Michael Gentry (JMG). After leaving the corporate management world behind, JMG took a step back to put his focus on his health and his legacy for his family. Since he was a child he has known 'one thing', he wanted to be a landlord. This was because when he was young, he learned that his mother, Rose, always paid the rent before anything else.
Taking that idea and putting years of creative finance education and hands on experience, JMG created BOHEMIAN PROPERTIES LLC. His goal has shifted from being a landlord and becoming instead a source of legacy plays that helps our clients and their families with cash-flow for many years.
BOHEMIAN PROPERTIES LLC was created with one guiding principle. "EVERYONE AT THE TABLE EATS."
